1. Who we are

NewBuild Telecom Consulting ("NewBuild", "we", "us") is an outside-plant fiber advisory practice headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We provide infrastructure intelligence, carrier coordination, and engineering oversight to data center developers and their stakeholders.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact details — name, title, company, email, and phone number you submit through forms on this site or in direct correspondence.
• Engagement information — site addresses, coordinates, parcel descriptions, tenant identities, target carriers, and any other operational details shared during a Snapshot, proposal, or engagement.
• Payment information — billing details processed through our payment service provider when you place an order. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Usage information — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) and limited analytics necessary to operate and improve this site.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Deliver the GroundTruth Snapshot, analysis, engineering, or implementation engagement you've requested.
• Communicate with you about active engagements, proposals, and follow-up matters.
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and internal systems.

4. How we share information

We are an advisory firm. Confidentiality is core to how we work. We do not sell client information and we do not share it with carriers, tenants, or competitors. We may share information only with:

• Service providers we engage to run our business — payment processing, email, hosting, and accounting — under contracts that obligate them to handle information confidentially.
• Counterparties you authorize — for example, the specific carrier engineering teams we engage on your behalf, and only with information relevant to that engagement.
• Legal and regulatory authorities when required to do so by valid legal process.

5. Confidentiality of engagement materials

Site lists, route designs, capacity plans, and tenant information shared with us during the course of an engagement are treated as confidential by default. We will sign mutual non-disclosure agreements at a client's request and routinely do so before exchanging carrier-sensitive material.

6. Data retention

We retain engagement records for as long as necessary to provide our services, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Inactive accounts and inquiry records are reviewed for deletion on a periodic basis.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a security incident that materially affects you, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to sales@newbuildtelecomconsulting.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and the obligations we owe to other parties (for example, ongoing engagements and our books and records).

9. Children

This site and our services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
