CARRIER OR
CABLE BACKGROUND
Career time engineering inside a Tier 1 carrier or cable company — AT&T, Verizon, Lumen, Comcast, or comparable. Engineering, not sales or account management.
OSP
DEPTH
Real outside-plant experience. Long-haul routes, metro builds, carrier hotel and interconnect facilities, splice points, IRUs, lateral construction. You can read a route map and tell us what it's hiding.
SENIOR
LEVEL
15+ years. You've owned designs end-to-end and you've pushed scope changes through a carrier engineering queue. You don't need an SME above you.
DEVELOPER-
SIDE FIT
You're done working for the carrier sales channel. You want to engineer with the developer's interests on your side of the table — and you know what that takes.

A clear filter saves everyone time. If any of these are a deal-breaker, the next conversation should be with someone else — and we'll say so honestly.

  • We don't hire entry-level or mid-level. No exceptions.
  • We don't hire generalist consultants. We hire OSP fiber engineers.
  • We don't hire sales reps, account managers, or BD.
  • We don't keep a bench. We hire when a project needs the seat.
  • We don't offer formal training programs. You arrive senior.
  • We don't take referrals as a shortcut. Same filter applies.
