Territory Sales Manager – NewBuild Telecom Consultants
NewBuild Telecom Consultants is looking for a skilled and personable Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a mix of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
•Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, providing tailored telecom solutions.
•Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for additional services.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and address any client concerns.
•Monitor and report on client satisfaction, using feedback to improve our offerings.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in a client-facing role with a strong focus on relationship management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
•Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office/remote environment.
• Experience in telecom or construction is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
