NewBuild Telecom is seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work setting (office + remote). As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and connect with potential clients.
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell services.
• •Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• •Deliver presentations and product demonstrations, clearly communicating the value of our telecom solutions.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
• •Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking to optimize sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• •3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, construction, or technology.
• •Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• •Ability to work efficiently and stay motivated in a hybrid office/remote environment.
• •Problem-solving mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• • Experience in telecom or construction project management is a plus but not required.
• •Willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for sales and a strong work ethic.
