NewBuild Telecom is looking for a driven and personable Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients to provide essential telecom solutions for their projects. As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring they receive the best possible service. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored telecom solutions that support their projects.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for additional services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quickly resolve any client concerns.
  • Monitor client feedback and industry trends to help improve our services.
  • Manage multiple client accounts efficiently in a fast-moving industry.
  • Conduct on-site visits and client meetings as needed to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  •  Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in telecom, construction, or technology industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid office/remote setting.•
  • Background in construction project management or technology solutions is a plus.
  • Willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the role.
